How Shipping Works
Happy Turtle is a marketplace where products are shipped directly by our verified vendors. Each vendor is responsible for packaging and shipping their own products. This means shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the vendor and product.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We primarily ship via USPS. Available shipping methods include:
- USPS First Class - 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the vendor's location, and the weight/dimensions of your order. Some vendors offer flat-rate shipping.
International Shipping
Select vendors may offer international shipping via USPS International services. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders page. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. You can also access your downloads from your order history page.
Issues With Your Shipment?
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@happyturtle.xyz and we will work with the vendor to resolve the issue promptly.
